Very amiable staff, impressive room, in general I loved this gorgeous hotel. The location of the venue was convenient and marvellous - at a short distance from First Christian Church. Visited few places in the center, a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel. The restaurant was excellent and served delicious food.

Sadly, but there was stain in some areas.

it was a small hotel. loved our room, it was impressive and absolutely gorgeous. the location was comfortable and great, relatively near eloise b houchens center. set in 10 minutes' walk to downtown, and the stuff where very friendly and helpful.

The building is beautiful and the rooms are large. It offers a comfy location and has friendly staff.

The hotel was placed in the central location to an excellent restaurant. I randomly popped in Cambridge Market and Cafe serving some pastries, located just a pleasant stroll away from the venue, it was nice...

I was pleasantly surprised by this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, being near many fantastic restaurants. The service was top-notch, with room service readily available and the housekeeping staff keeping everything spotless. I also appreciated the warm welcome drink upon arrival. The hotel offered great amenities, including tours and ticket assistance, a well-appointed room with a comfortable sitting area and dining table, and soundproofed rooms that ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The garden furniture provided a lovely space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The flat-screen TV and free toiletries added to the comfort and convenience of my stay.

I highly recommend this hotel to all. It is a truly exceptional place that offers enhanced comfort and quality services.

This is surely the best small hotel, helpful staff, impressive rooms. The location is comfortable and GREAT, 1 mile from Brims Children's Museum. It has plenty of meals to offer, the food is great.

I thoroughly enjoyed that the hotel was spacious, incredibly beautiful with a nice service. Really helpful staff, gave a lot of information. The breakfast was exceptionally nice with variety of amazing options.

I got great value for my money at this fantastic boutique hotel. The room was beautiful with a wonderful view, and the staff, especially Ali at the front desk, were friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable about the area. The location was also very convenient with everything within walking distance.

One thing that could make the breakfast choices better is to provide utensils and stir sticks or spoons for the coffee and yogurt.

My stay at the Kentucky Grand Hotel & Spa was absolutely fantastic. The Lincoln suite I stayed in was spacious and opulent, exceeding my expectations. The staff was incredibly helpful and even assisted with room service and providing extra towels. The location of the hotel was also excellent, making it easy for me to explore the area. my experience was truly special and I would highly recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at the Kentucky Grand Hotel & Spa. The rooms were absolutely stunning and the overall ambiance of the hotel was exquisite. I particularly enjoyed the spaciousness of the rooms and the lovely breakfast that was delivered right to my door each morning. The hotel had a cool vibe and I wished I had been able to experience the Derby piano bar. The massage therapist at the spa provided the best massage I've ever had. Despite a few minor drawbacks such as a squeaky restroom door and blinking lights from the smoke alarm, I would definitely stay at this hotel again. I highly recommend the Kentucky Grand Hotel & Spa for a memorable and luxurious stay.

This place was in a great location and near many good restaurants. The service was excellent, and the room was well-maintained. I also enjoyed the welcome drink and the live entertainment provided. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure that all my needs were met. it was a wonderful experience.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
